This is probably the most delicious pasta dish on the planet.
Macaroni bechamel is very popular in Egypt and is exactly what the name says it is: macaroni in a
bechamel sauce, combine with ground beef and tomato sauce.
Some people like to use elbow noodles for this recipe, however, I like to use ziti or rigatoni. This is a very easy and simplified version of an Egyptian favorite.

Anyone who has been reading the About Middle Eastern Food site for even a short period of time knows that I love to grill. It's easy, there is little clean-up, and best of all the flavor is unmatched.
Right now, I live in the Seattle area where we don't see too many sunny days out of the year. While most of the country is pulling out their spring clothes, I am still huddled under an umbrella waiting for the rain to subside. The rain, however, does not stop me from grilling though. I don't have a covered porch area outside, so I have started using an indoor grill.
I was skeptical at first, don't get me wrong. How different could an indoor grill be to using the broiler? Well, actually it is pretty different. But, I have also learned some of the
best recipes to cook on an indoor grill. Check them out!
