Salads are an essential part of Middle Eastern dining. A mela is rarely served without one. This salad dressing recipe will go with any type of salad.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3/4 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1/4 teasponn cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- pinch of salt
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
Preparation:
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir well. Pour over salads prior to serving.You can also pour some over sliced cucumbers or tomatoes for a healthy snack.
