Grilled Corn on the Cob (with Husks)

Forget boiling fresh corn on the cob and fire up the grill! Grilled corn on the cob is the perfect side dish for any BBQ main course.

Ingredients:

  • 4-6 fresh ears of corn with husks

Preparation:

Allow grill to heat up to a medium high heat. While grill is heating, peel off the first few layers of the corn husk, leaving a few layers to protect the corn.

Place on heated grill and turn every 3-5 minutes for about 15 minutes.

Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing husks and serving. Be careful, husks will be hot!
