Arnabeet bel Lamoun is cauliflower simmered with garlic, olive oil, and lemon. It is cooked just until soft, retaining a little crisp. Serve with chicken or even in a salad.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Cut the cauliflower into florets. If desired, julienne the stalks.

In a medium frying pan, combine olive oil, garlic, and lemon. Add cauliflower and simmer on low to medium heat, turning every few minutes. Continue to cook for 10-15 minutes until cauliflower is a little soft, but still maintains its firmness.

Serve with tahini.
