Arnabeet bel Lamoun is cauliflower simmered with garlic, olive oil, and lemon. It is cooked just until soft, retaining a little crisp. Serve with chicken or even in a salad.

Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Cut the cauliflower into florets. If desired, julienne the stalks.
In a medium frying pan, combine olive oil, garlic, and lemon. Add cauliflower and simmer on low to medium heat, turning every few minutes. Continue to cook for 10-15 minutes until cauliflower is a little soft, but still maintains its firmness.
Serve with tahini.
