This recipe for za'atar carrots is one of my personal favorites. It easy and quick, but tastes amazing. You will not be disappointed.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb baby carrots or 5 carrots, peeled and cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons za'atar
- kosher salt
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In a bowl, combine carrots and olive oil. Arrange carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with za'atar and kosher salt.
Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes, turning over halfway with a spatula. The carrots are done with they turn brown and crisp on the edges and can be pierced with a fork.
