- 1 lb broccoli, cut into spears
- 3 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3/4 tablespoon sugar
When broccoli is done, remove from heat and drain well.
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sesame seeds and stir frequently until light brown. Add remaining oil, sugar, and lemon juice, stirring constanly for about a minute. Add broccoli and stir until well coated.
Remove from heat and transfer to serving dish.
