Dill Rice

Add a little kick to basic white rice with a little dill and some lemon.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups uncooked white rice
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cups water or chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation:

Bring chicken broth to a boil and add bouillon.

Add rice, lemon juice and stir.

Add dill and salt. Stir and cover.

Reduce heat to low and allow to cook for 25 minutes or until rice is done.

Fluff with fork and serve immediately.
