Tuna Pita Sandwiches

Tuna pitas are simple, fast, and very satisfying!

Ingredients:

  • 1 large can tuna fish
  • 1 cup chopped cucumbers
  • 3/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 small onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon relish or chopped pickles
  • 4-6 pita loaves
  • 1 tablespoon mayonaisse (optional)

Preparation:

Drain tuna. In a bowl, flake tuna with fork. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Cut pita loaves in half and stuff with tuna and veggies.

Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator.
