Tuna pitas are simple, fast, and very satisfying!
Ingredients:
- 1 large can tuna fish
- 1 cup chopped cucumbers
- 3/4 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 small onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon relish or chopped pickles
- 4-6 pita loaves
- 1 tablespoon mayonaisse (optional)
Preparation:
Drain tuna. In a bowl, flake tuna with fork. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.Cut pita loaves in half and stuff with tuna and veggies.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator.
