  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon parsley finely chopped
  • butter or cooking spray to coat frying pan

Heat butter in frying pan or use cooking spray. Add garlic and lemon juice and allow to saute for about 2 minutes on medium heat. Crack open eggs over frying pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. In about 2 minutes, when yolk begin to get a little firm, flip eggs carefully. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Simple yet fantastic. I used extra virgin olive oil instead but other than that I followed Mr. Fayed's recipe to the letter and I'm hooked. Thank You!!!
