- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 lb. crumbled feta
- 1/4 cup green peppers, diced
- 1/4 onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat grill or frying pan to a medium high temperature. Cook on each side for about two to three minutes or until desired color.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of feta on each burger and allow to melt. Remove from pan and place on buns. Add desired toppings, and sprinkle with tahini sauce. See recipe for tahini sauce.
Serve with onion rings or french fries.
