Ingredients:
- 1lb ground lamb
- 1/4 pound ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
Form mixture into 1-1 1/2 inch balls and place in baking dish, 2 inches apart.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Serve lamb meatballs immediately.
