Cook Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs lamb chops
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Preparation:
Combines spices, lemon juice, and oil in medium bowl. Add lamb chops and marinate in the refrigerator, cover at least 1 hour, but up to 24 hours.Grill for 5-7 minutes each side on grill on under broiler in over.
You can also make them in the slow cooker, cooking on low for 8 hours. The slow cooker really makes the meat tender and gives the spices time to really soak into the lamb.
Serve with white rice, salad and pita bread. You can also serve with fried potatoes for an informal meal or cookout.
