Pomegranate Chutney

Another fabulous way to eat the pomegranate!

Ingredients:

  • 2 pomegranates, seeded
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons orange juice
  • dash of salt

Preparation:

Seed pomegranates - see How to Seed a Pomegranate. Be careful because the juice stains!

Combine all ingredients and mix well with wooden spoon. Refrigerate for 4 hours prior to serving.
