- 1/2 cantaloupe or any type of melon, peeled and cubed
- 4 oranges, peeled and wedges separated
- 2 apples, wedged
- 2 bananas sliced
- juice from 2 lemon or 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons orange blossom water
- 1/4 teapsoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
With a wooden spoon, mix well, but gently. Be careful not to mash the bananas.
Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for up to two hours prior to serving. If chilling, be sure to toss before serving.
