This twist on traditional lavash adds some garlic to liven up this already delicious flatbread. Serve with dips or use as a wrap!
Ingredients:
- Batch of lavash
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation:
Bake lavash according to recipe in link above. Sesame seeds may be omitted.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, parsley, and pepper. Mix well.
About five minutes before lavash is done, brush with olive oil mixture. Turn and repeat on other side.
Allow to cool until warm to touch. Serve immediately with dip or use as a wrap.
