Saad Fayed is a restaurateur with an avid interest in preparing Middle Eastern cuisine. He has lived and traveled in many Middle Eastern countries, experiencing the many flavors and specialties of each region. Saad is currently writing a cookbook that features his family's favorite dishes. He also shares his Middle Eastern culinary experiences on his website, Make Hummus Now!.
Saad has lived in Egypt and Iraq, and has traveled extensively among the Middle East. He began perparing Middle Eastern food as a small child, helping his grandmother. He then went on to work in his father's Middle Eastern restaurant at age 12. Saad now co-owns a Middle Eastern delicatessen and store, and continues to prepare Middle Eastern delicacies for his customers, friends and family.
