I love cooking with garlic. I use it in just about everything, from chicken to rice. However, I don't like smelling like garlic and when you cook for a large family, it can equal out to a heavy garlic smell, even after 25 hand washings. There is a running joke around my house that "Dad is in vampire repellant mode", after I cook with garlic. The good news is that my three year old isn't scared of vampires anymore thanks to the lighthearted teasing.
There are a couple of different ways that you can naturally remove the smell from your hands, thankfully. I have learned though that these remedies work for some, but not all. I don't know why -- perhaps its user error, but they are not a guarantee. Check out ways to remove the garlic smell from your hands.
