Contrary to popular belief, not all Middle Eastern people are Muslim. Christian Middle Eastern people reside all of over the world. With Easter Sunday approaching, Middle Eastern Christians are busy preparing their Easter menus.

Roasted leg of lamb is a popular choice for an Easter brunch. The name "roasted leg of lamb" may strike fear in the minds of beginner cooks. Roasting a leg of anything sounds difficult. However, it is not any more difficult than making a beef or pork roast.

So, roll up your sleeves and get ready to make a roast leg of lamb that is so delicious people will be asking for the name of your caterer.
