Mash Your Sweet Potatoes

Now that fall is here and the weather is getting to be cooler, I am craving more traditional fall foods, like sweet potatoes. Sweet potatoes are easy to find, are inexpensive, and you can cook them dozens of ways!

One of my favorite ways to cook a sweet potato is to mash it. Mashed sweet potatoes are the perfect alternative to regular mashed potatoes. The taste is is light and full of the fall season flavor! Perfect for getting you in the mood for the upcoming holidays!
