What's on Your Grill Memorial Day Weekend?

Instead of the usual burgers and hotdogs for Memorial Day grillouts, why not try these fabulous grill recipes from other About Food Guides:

From Busy Cooks Guide Linda Larsen comes this recipe for Seafood Mixed Grill. This very simple and fresh recipe features scallops and shrimp cooked in lemon juice, butter, and spices in a one dish meal packet on the grill.

And Greek Food Guide Nancy Gaifyllia suggests this recipe for Grilled Fish - Psari sta Karvouna. Whether it's a beautiful steak from a large fish or a whole fish from today's catch, the simplicity of grilled fish with a minimum of fuss is a Greek specialty.

Boneless Chicken Breast in Lemon-Garlic Marinade This marinade couldn't be easier. “It works great with all kinds of poultry, but we usually use this marinade on boneless chicken breasts. For best flavor, make sure to use fresh lemons and garlic.”
