Liver and Onions

Monday August 21, 2006
I have to admit that for most people, liver and onions sounds, well, gross. It in one of the more common foods that people turn their noses up at. However, if seasoned and cooked right, liver can br a very tender, delicious appeatizer or main dish.

Liver and onions is a popular appetizer in Turkey. Give it a try for your next meal. It's quick, easy, and the tastes great!
